As a John L. Scott broker, my mission is transactional excellence and client satisfaction. That means I work tirelessly to make your home buying or selling process as efficient, stress-free and lucrative for you as possible.

Meet Kathy

Before entering the real estate industry, Kathy Clark was a hairdresser and owned her own business. In 2004, she earned her broker’s license. Now, Kathy works out of John L. Scott’s Mill Creek office, assisting buyers and sellers in King, Snohomish, Skagit and Whatcom counties.

Kathy is a full-service agent who is focused on building lifelong relationships and partnerships with her clients. She’s transparent, professional, enthusiastic and believes in always doing the right thing for her clients. Kathy’s mission is to be an advocate and advisor to her clients and she focuses on the client’s needs and meeting their goals. Kathy enjoys helping others, and appreciates the opportunities to do so in the real estate field – if she’s able to make someone’s day a bit less stressful and brighter, then she’s happy. Kathy is always a top producing agent in her office as well as achieving many customer satisfaction awards.

Outside of work, Kathy is a wife of nearly 30 years, a mother of 3 grown children and 2 grandchildren. When Kathy is not working, she stays active as a volunteer with several Snohomish and King County community charities. Kathy can also be found cooking, gardening, camping, playing with her grandchildren watching them in sports, participating in water sports or spending time with family and friends.

Mill Creek

Mill Creek is a planned city that was originally designed around a golf course and country club. But the town has grown over the past three decades to become a vibrant community with plenty of ways to stay active and connected to neighbors. Mill Creek is about 20 miles to the north and east of Seattle, so all that the both Seattle and the east side offer are at your fingertips. And with both Puget Sound and the Cascade Mountains just a short drive away, year-round activities abound. But there are so many reasons to stay put. The Mill Creek Town Center features more than 80 restaurants and shops, and it has been named Washington State’s top “lifestyle center.” Mill Creek residents and folks from nearby towns flock here for dining ranging from frozen yogurt and Starbucks to more upscale fare and wine shops, and shopping for gifts, eye glasses, groceries and more. The open air, pedestrian friendly Town Center also hosts a summer concert series, a monthly art walk, and various seasonal events throughout the year. Nature lovers take advantage of 23 miles of trails that run throughout the city. Neighborhood and community parks offer opportunities to get outside. The new Arena Sports and Entertainment center will feature indoor fields, a family entertainment center, laser tag, rock climbing, bowling, and arcade games. If you’d like to learn more about Mill Creek, let us know. We’d love to show you around and help you find your perfect home.
